This exciting opportunity requires a sales professional with strong internal stakeholder management, supplier and customer relationships, and exceptional problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for daily face-to-face interactions with customers, resolving in-store issues, and communicating market trends and customer needs to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth.
- Communicate important industry trends and operational changes to stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service, presentation, and communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
- A passion for interacting with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the commercial construction industry is preferable.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft programs and ideally an ERP system.
