Senior Outbound Sales Professional

The role of an Enterprise Business Development Representative is to generate pipeline for the enterprise customer segment by targeting new contacts and departments.
As the first point of contact, you play a key role in building business cases across new lines of business and creating momentum for large enterprise deployments.
About the Role- Generate pipeline by researching target customer accounts and personas.
- Cultivate value-driven conversations with multiple Director and VP level personas across complex cross-functional teams.
- Develop a territory plan with AE and CSM based on account tier scoring.
Priorities: Drive qualified opportunities and account expansion, Implement repeatable processes, Understand Asana use-cases and ways to deliver value, Differentiate Asana from competition.
About You- Minimum 1 year sales development experience with at least 6 months of outbound experience.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
We're looking for someone who: Is comfortable differentiating Asana from competitors, Can effectively execute high-impact trials and leverage territory heat maps and buyer's journey, Has a proven success in driving outbound prospecting strategy and process.
Benefits: Comprehensive compensation package including estimated base salary range $78,400 - $96,600 AUD, Additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
