Job Overview

You will deliver original concepts and designs, efficiently producing high volumes of content across all marketing streams. You'll work closely with our Heads of Marketing and Creative Services to lead and deliver Digital Sport Creative campaigns.

From ideation to execution, you will integrate creative campaign solutions through-the-line, with attention to detail across social, display, print and outdoor content. Owning your campaigns from start to finish, producing materials for launches, weekly content per round and daily activity.

Your Key Responsibilities

  2. Collaborate with marketing functions to build and roll out unified plans
  3. Develop creative that drives awareness, engagement, passion and consideration
  4. Design and create campaigns across social, display media, print and more
  5. Optimise creative based on results, players and weekly match fixtures
  6. Manage multitasking campaigns across various sporting codes, teams and events
  7. Lead and assist with still shoots, including talent selection, styling and briefing
  8. Oversee overall production of deliverables

Requirements

You are a sports enthusiast, creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. Possessing exceptional HTML5 and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge to produce timely and effective creative executions.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Agency or Sports Entertainment experience
  • High proficiency in HTML5 and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, media and ad space
  • Successful track record of owning and executing large-scale TTL marketing campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with the latest design trends, technology advancements and connected experiences
