About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work on strategic projects to deliver digital transformation initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyse and define requirements, taking a solution-agnostic approach to ensure value delivery for the business and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake research and analysis to inform future digital processes
  • Consult with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and executives to gather inputs and socialise findings
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses, ROI assessments, and risk assessments
  • Lead or contribute to the development of business cases for proposed projects or initiatives
  • Support executive decision-making with reports and recommendations
  • Facilitate requirement discovery sessions to identify, document, and communicate business needs and requirements
  • Liaise with the IT team to assist them in developing technical solutions

Your Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years business analysis experience, ideally in government or highly regulated environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives
  • Strategic thinking and experience in business transformation programs
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, process mapping, procedural documentation, and performing post-implementation reviews
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of advanced metering and smart meter operations is highly regarded
