Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laser Specialist to join our team. As a Laser Specialist, you will be responsible for administering safe and effective laser treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing various laser and operational activities. If you are passionate about transforming lives through laser procedures, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide safe and effective laser treatments, adhering to Removery's protocol and standards.
  2. Ensure compliance with Removery's safety protocol, treatment guidelines, and client information and records.
  3. Establish trust with clients through excellent customer service, communicating realistic expectations and treatment outcomes.
  4. Maintain a high level of accountability while collaborating with the studio team to achieve key performance indicators and foster a positive studio culture.
  5. Perform light cleaning duties and manage administrative tasks, as needed, to ensure smooth studio operations and client experience.
  6. Ensure compliance with company learning and development requirements and maintain up-to-date licensing credentials.

Requirements
  1. Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.
  2. Effective and client-centric communication style.
  3. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  4. Out of state travel for training may be required.
  5. Must be able to sit for hour-long increments.
  6. Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
  7. High level of comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
  8. Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
  9. Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms).
  10. Be able to visually assess the client's skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser.
  11. Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
