Enterprise Data Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Data Developer to join our dynamic team. As part of our Information, Technology & Communications department, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the ever-evolving realm of Information Technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, reusable data models and reporting solutions that align with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) principles.
  • Support the company's data strategy by enabling consistent, accurate, and efficient data usage across the business.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet strategic and operational needs.
Key Requirements:
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models to support business reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Build and optimise Power BI data models, semantic layers, and relationships between data sources.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting datasets.
  • Develop processes and policies to collect, store, manage, and utilise data across the enterprise.
  • Implement data governance practices for enterprise data, enhancing the management, security, and compliance of data across the business.
  • Promote consistent data definitions and naming conventions across business units and support the creation and maintenance of a central data catalogue.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power BI and data visualisation tools.
  • Proficiency in UI visual design, design principles, and data storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
