Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing solutions to customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in person and over the phone
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
  • Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Assist with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for shift periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
