We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Architectural Graduate. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing preliminary sketch designs for client approval and developing comprehensive designs adhering to town planning regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare preliminary sketch designs for client approval and develop comprehensive designs adhering to town planning regulations and building codes.
  • Liaise with sub-consultants to ensure effective integration of their contributions into the project.
  • Prepare formal submissions, including design drawings and reports, and submit them to relevant authorities.
  • Assist Project Leaders in site inspections, client meetings, and consultant coordination to keep projects on track.
  • Progress project documentation using Revit software in line with office standards.
  • Prepare and review tender documentation and assist with the tendering process.
  • Observe contract conditions, including site inspections and post-completion assessments.
  • Maintain up-to-date quality assurance documentation and ensure compliance with project quality procedures.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree from a recognised institution, eligibility for registration as an Architect in Australia, proficiency in Revit, strong design, documentation, and contract administration skills, and solid understanding of building codes and construction techniques.
