Dedicated Companion Wanted

We are seeking experienced and dedicated caregivers to join our team at a purpose-built aged care facility in Melbourne, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, with a minimum of 6 months experience as a caregiver. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build rapport with residents, families, and team members, and be available to work across all shifts including weekends.
As a caregiver, you will receive ongoing training and coaching, access to our employee assistance program, career pathways, and salary packaging options. You will also be part of a dynamic team that is committed to redefining the aged care experience.
