Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse/Coordinator to join our Dubbo team on a part-time basis. This role offers a rewarding blend of community-based clinical care and office-based coordination responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct holistic client assessments and build supportive relationships with clients and families.
- Deliver in-home nursing care, including wound care, insulin administration, and chronic condition management.
- Support care staff by interpreting and applying relevant policies and procedures.
- Evaluate services for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop staff through best practices and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
- Maintain Workplace Health and Safety standards throughout all activities.
- A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with 1–2 years of community nursing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in aged care, disability, or mental health settings.
- Strong understanding of Aged Care and Disability Standards, and consumer-directed care.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- National Police Check.
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle.
- Friendly and empathetic communication style.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
