As part of our audit team, you'll be responsible for managing audits by defining strategies, executing them in compliance with our policies and protocols, and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality services. You'll also play a key role in driving growth by developing new and existing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a collaborative approach to management. Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements is highly desirable, as is expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and related financial reporting matters.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage the audit engagement by defining audit strategy, in consultation with the Partner, and executing it in compliance with our policies and protocols.
  • Effectively manage the audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters.
  • Lead and manage fieldwork on clients' sites, including liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the audit process.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • SOX or PCAOB experience is desirable.
  • Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
  • Experience leading the planning, execution, and reporting on audits.
