">As part of our audit team, you'll be responsible for managing audits by defining strategies, executing them in compliance with our policies and protocols, and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality services. You'll also play a key role in driving growth by developing new and existing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
">To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a collaborative approach to management. Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements is highly desirable, as is expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS) and related financial reporting matters.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Manage the audit engagement by defining audit strategy, in consultation with the Partner, and executing it in compliance with our policies and protocols.
- Effectively manage the audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters.
- Lead and manage fieldwork on clients' sites, including liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the audit process.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- SOX or PCAOB experience is desirable.
- Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
- Experience leading the planning, execution, and reporting on audits.
