Job Role: Mortgage Loan Officer

Your New Challenge:

You will play a pivotal role in our retail branch network by building relationships with members through delivery of exceptional service while offering residential mortgage advice.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing seamless end-to-end banking experience
  • Making outbound calls to new and prospective members
  • Crafting meaningful conversations with members by building trust and confidence
  • Building relationships within the Defence Community
  • Educating members to adopt digital banking tools
  • Growing the Mortgage lending portfolios

About You:

We seek a passionate and experienced Mortgage Lender who is results-driven, self-motivated and proactive. You will have strong retail lending experience, a solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products and the real estate market. Tier 2 accreditation and/or Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential.
