Job Summary

Axenium Technologies is seeking a skilled Product Information Management (PIM) Professional to coordinate and deliver timely and accurate IT solutions.

This role will provide on-site and on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment, ensuring optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage PIM systems as administrator or super user, content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) tools, and/or similar SaaS environments (PIM preferred).
  • Support and enhance Akeneo PIM systems.
  • Communicate and work with various teams, technologies, and people to guide them through digital transformation.
  • Product categorization, taxonomy, data quality, and metadata management experience.
  • Handle large volumes of data with tools such as Google Sheets, CSV, etc.
  • Familiarity with project management software like Jira.
Requirements:
  • Retail domain knowledge.
  • Understanding or experience with eCommerce best practices in relation to product display pages and content.
  • Akeneo Business Implementation Specialist Certification is a plus.
