Paediatric Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to provide high-level services across inpatient and outpatient settings.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention in feeding, dysphagia, and communication for paediatric patients.
    • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across wards and clinics.
    • Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical education initiatives.
    • Provide supervision and guidance to junior clinicians, students, and Allied Health Assistants.
  • About You:
    • You will be an expert in paediatric speech pathology, particularly in feeding/dysphagia and communication.
    • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to engage with families, carers, and healthcare teams.
    • Proven ability to manage complex caseloads, prioritise effectively, and support safe discharge planning is necessary.
    • Commitment to service improvement, supervision, and supporting the development of less experienced practitioners is expected.
