Senior School Support Officer

The Senior School Support Officer is a key role in ensuring the wellbeing and achievement of our students.

This position requires strong administrative skills, empathy, advocacy, and proactive support to create an environment where students feel welcome and connected.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support to senior students and their families, working closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and support to senior students on academic and personal matters
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
  • Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about their child's progress

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

A sincere commitment to Jesus Christ and a philosophy of Christian Education are also essential requirements for this role.

Regular church attendance is expected as part of this position.
