Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to take your fitness career to the next level and become a Group Fitness Instructor at one of our iconic aquatic and fitness leisure centres in Sydney.
Job Responsibilities
You will teach Aqua Aerobics, Pilates, and Yoga classes to our members and guests, providing a safe and enjoyable experience. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all activities are well-structured and engaging.
Your Key Accountabilities
- Teach group fitness classes to diverse age groups and abilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the development of innovative class programs and schedules
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business goals and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills. A Certificate III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course or equivalent is required, as well as current registration with Fitness Australia and Senior First Aid and CPR Certificates.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Previous industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Passion for fitness and customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
