We are seeking a skilled and motivated automotive professional to join our team.

  • Performing high-quality servicing and repairs on BMW vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment, analyzing complex problems and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Completing repair orders efficiently and to premium service standards, maintaining productivity targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintaining high levels of quality control and workshop safety, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ensuring customer vehicles are kept and returned in pristine condition, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with the service team to achieve productivity targets and improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent), demonstrating technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Have experience as a qualified technician – European or luxury vehicle experience is highly regarded, showcasing adaptability and flexibility.
  • Possess strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, analyzing complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards, ensuring quality and precision in all work.
  • Demonstrate a team-oriented, professional attitude, fostering collaboration and open communication within the team.
  • Able to follow standard procedures and complete documentation accurately, maintaining record-keeping and compliance.
