Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our production team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production, quality and safety standards are met while collaborating with the broader strategic goals of the company.

About the Role:

  • Lead a production team to achieve production, quality and safety targets
  • Collaborate with operational teams to align production with company strategy
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to improve productivity and drive performance culture
  • Manage direct and indirect labour and raw material costs for the lines
  • Investigate, analyse and implement preventative actions for quality and safety incidents or near misses

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and developed leadership skills
  • Experience leading a team and managing people effectively
  • Ability to motivate and problem solve in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Qualifications in a related field (Manufacturing, Engineering or Continuous Improvement) highly regarded but not required
