As a seasoned mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for tackling complex challenges and collaborating with a dynamic team on high-impact projects. This opportunity exists for an experienced professional to work in our Perth office, with ad hoc/short-term site visits to client sites.Key Responsibilities:
  • Office and site-based experience on projects is essential, preferably with an EPCM or consultancy background.
  • Strong familiarity with the design process and drawing management from concept to delivery is required.
  • Maintaining transparent communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing supportive relationships is key.
  • Writing and reviewing internal documentation to ensure quality management is a critical skill.
  • Coordinating work across departments as per project requirements is also important.
  • Reviewing monthly progress reports, invoices, claims, and variations is another key responsibility.
  • Preparing tender documentation, including scope of works, and evaluating tenders requires strong technical ability.
  • Reviewing schedules and expediting deliverables from the design team is a further key responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Proven engineering experience in a consultancy and/or site role is essential.
  • A strong balance between technical ability and consulting skills is required.
