As the Portfolio Planning Specialist, you will join the Business Intelligence, Planning, and Improvement (BIPI) team, providing cross-functional portfolio planning, reporting, and proactive solution delivery to maximize organizational value.

You will leverage your Project Portfolio Management expertise to influence high-level management and executives, making a real difference in a not-for-profit, community-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth reporting and analysis, including recommendations for portfolio optimization
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio roadmap aligned with strategic direction and organizational business plans
  • Identify and communicate dependencies and organizational constraints for the portfolio roadmap
  • Facilitate annual and quarterly Integrated Planning workshops to maintain the portfolio roadmap
  • Coordinate and deliver workshops and training sessions on planning methodologies, tools, and approaches
