The Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP Senior Finance Consultant to join our team due to high customer demand. This is a permanent and/or contract role opportunity for upcoming new implementations as well as upgrades to S/4 HANA. There may be some travel to Perth required for those residing in a different location in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide thought leadership to our customers in SAP Financials and Controlling through active engagement and relationship building with customers and SAP.
  2. Design, configure and test SAP S/4 HANA in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements.
  3. Support the customer post-implementation and/or transfer knowledge to support staff in accordance with the adopted functionality and operating procedures.
  4. Document system configuration, technical specifications and procedures ensuring that they are maintained, reflect best practice for user requirements and appropriately comply with recognised accounting policies.
  5. Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions for our customers where efficiencies can be achieved.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5 years experience consulting in SAP Finance ideally in an Australian setting in the resources industry.
  2. Tertiary qualifications in commerce/finance/accounting.
  3. Ideally relevant SAP certifications in S/4 HANA and experience with CLOUD implementations.
  4. Ability to actively identify and improve SAP solutions, processes and functionality.
  5. Strong analytical, configuration and troubleshooting skills.
  6. Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment.
  7. Excellent communication and consulting skills.
