Product Design Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team in crafting exceptional user experiences and shaping the future of our products. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering pixel-perfect implementations, driving design strategy, and bridging user needs with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and the ability to translate complex problems into innovative solutions. You will work end-to-end to deliver user-centric designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on vision and execution, and provide feedback on product and brand work from other designers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on fast-paced projects, drive design innovation, and shape the future of our products. If you have experience building SaaS products in fast-paced environments, a strong grasp on design systems and accessibility, and a proven track record of delivering user-centric designs, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design thoughtful UI and UX that solves user problems and meets business goals.
  • Translate complex problems into innovative design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on vision and execution.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product design skills and a user-centric approach.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing complex SaaS products; healthcare or B2B experience is an asset.
  • Experience working in fast-moving startup environments, with a disciplined, research-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other common design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
