As a graduate, you will:

  • Develop a customer-centric mindset and learn core business systems.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via multiple channels.
  • Process and optimize customer orders.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in project work across sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, learning & development, and supply chain.
  • Collaborate with various teams and mentors to explore interests and gain diverse business exposure.
About You

We are seeking:

  • A recent undergraduate degree or imminent graduation.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality.
  • Current Australian driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivation to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
