Job Description

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate availability in our electronic rostering system and accepting shifts based on your schedule. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional care to residents in various Care Community settings.

The role involves assisting residents with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique requirements of each resident.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant equivalent is essential for this role.
  • Assisting clients with medication is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A current HLTFSE001 - Follow Basic Food Handling Practices certificate or willingness to obtain is necessary.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain is required.
  • A Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain is also necessary.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but is not essential.
