Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the position of Support Coordinator. This role is responsible for assisting participants in implementing their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plans, coordinating services and supports, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting participants to implement their NDIS plans by identifying and coordinating suitable services and supports
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including quasi-government bodies and disability associations/groups
  • Promoting support coordination services under the NDIS and generating interest among potential clients
