Our mission is to help miners leverage their knowledge to realize more opportunities while mitigating social and environmental impact. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled Field Technician to support our team in Adelaide, SA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with proprietary analytical equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Operate and maintain field-deployable electronic equipment and supporting software to optimize performance.
  • Conduct scanning activities in the field and workshop to deliver accurate results.
  • Provide logistical support for field scanning operations to ensure efficient deployment.
  • Educate clients on safe and efficient operation of field deployable technologies to enhance customer experience.

Additional Expectations

  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Assist in creating SWPs and training documentation to standardize processes.
  • Support Product Development teams through testing and reporting activities to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Autorisation to work in Australia to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Field experience working on a drill rig or mining/exploration core facility to demonstrate expertise.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital technologies and new innovations to stay ahead of the curve.
