About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our advanced analytics team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex analytics projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of advanced analytics use cases, from discovery to support phases
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional squads, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including data science, engineering, product, and UX teams
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting for analytics projects
  • Coordinate resource allocation and management across use cases
  • Facilitate sessions, including quarterly planning, showcases, and lighthouse events
  • Participate in delivery chapter and group-wide project management communities to enhance capabilities
  • Partner with platform or use case leads to ensure successful delivery
  • Implement Agile at scale, tailored to project needs
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience delivering data and advanced analytics solutions, preferably in a large retail or FMCG organization
  • Demonstrated delivery management experience, including financial forecasting for large projects or programs
  • Ability to deliver through others, enabling and developing teams while fostering growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational delivery skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field
