Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Lead Resourcing Advisor to lead the project recruitment team and ensure timely and successful delivery of talent solutions. You will establish relationships with stakeholders, provide strategic recruitment advice, lead, coach, and mentor Resourcing Advisors, and build and maintain Talent pipelines.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to build understanding of ongoing talent requirements and workforce plans for the project.
- Provide strategic recruitment advice and sourcing strategies to key project and functional stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Resourcing Advisors within the team.
- Proactively build and maintain Talent pipelines in line with the forecasted requirements of the Project.
