About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Milestones Early Learning Westbrook. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators in the Kindy room and developing a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school, and positive experiences within our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
  • Motivate and lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to our children.
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds. You will have:

An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.A current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
