Job SummaryThis role offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team as a Clinical Lead Behavioural Support Specialist. You will provide expert clinical supervision and professional development to Behaviour Support Practitioners, ensuring high-quality services that align with our policies, procedures, and NDIS standards.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Supervision: Provide high-quality clinical supervision to staff, addressing practice concerns and ensuring adherence to Benevolent and Disability Services procedures.
- Practitioner Development: Guide new professionals and practitioners in client management, diagnosis, and best practices to ensure effective and confidential treatment.
- Evidence-Based Practices: Act as a subject matter expert, coaching staff on NDIS standards, evidence-based interventions, and improving client outcomes.
- Collaboration and Growth: Work with managers, senior therapists, and universities to enhance team capabilities, support student placements, and develop clinical resources.
- Competitive Remuneration: A salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
- Relocation Bonus: A bonus of up to $5,000 to support your relocation to Adelaide.

- Degree qualified in an appropriate discipline.

- Familiarity with the NDIS Behaviour Support Guidelines and legislation.
