We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Fulfilment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Procurement Operations Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This hands-on role requires a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of our business.

The Team:

  • We are a high-performing Operations team - the critical 'engine room' of Liven
  • We work in an agile environment, helping iterate and improve departmental strategies and processes
  • Be part of the elusive 10x as we look to scale everything we do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reorganise stocks within the office to accommodate incoming shipments and ensure efficient use of office space.
  • Maintain accurate records of inflows, outflows and stock levels, and report on these regularly.
  • Manage and coordinate all inventory (incoming and outgoing) within our fulfilment locations.
  • Ensure constant communication with our Operations and sales teams to meet forecasting requirements.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our inventory system, including documentation and implementation of new fulfilment strategies.
  • Liaise with our fulfilment partners (3PLs).

  • Strong administrative abilities to manage tasks efficiently
  • Basic familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management
