About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our engineering team in driving innovation and scaling our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and Scaling: Lead and manage both onshore and offshore engineering teams, with a focus on scaling the team from 10 to 20 engineers over the next 12 months.
  • Tech: Contributing hands-on technical expertise, particularly in C# .Net.
  • Solution Design: Help the team architect solutions, guiding them when necessary, and encouraging input and collaboration from the team.
  • Work across multiple products, collaborating closely with stakeholders and the product manager to develop and execute the product roadmap.
  • Own your role and team's execution, influencing technical decisions and contributing to product strategy.
  • Bring fresh ideas and recommendations to the table while being adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing onshore and offshore teams in a start-up or scale-up SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience in C# .Net with the ability to contribute hands-on when needed.
  • A track record of success in scaling engineering teams and executing product roadmaps in dynamic, limited-structure environments.
  • Hunger to innovate, learn, and grow within a fast-paced company, while driving team performance and product excellence.
