Job Overview

The ICT Project Officer will be responsible for enhancing the project management capability of the Enterprise Program Management Office. The role involves coordinating project planning, creating schedules, and tracking project performance against baseline metrics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive work breakdown structure from contract and team input
  • Create cohesive schedules and ensure their ongoing integrity
  • Monitor project performance against established baseline metrics
  • Analyze schedule trends and variances to inform decision-making
  • Prepare concise performance reports for supervisors and stakeholders
  • Manage project meetings, minutes, and action items
  • Oversee the administration of the master schedule
  • Develop and maintain a suite of project management tools and templates

This role requires a strong analytical foundation, proficiency in MS Office, and skills in project management tools like MS Project and Planner. Knowledge of PMBOK methodologies and a qualification in project management or business administration are highly desirable.
