Job Title: AWS Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud & Infrastructure Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in cloud infrastructure implementation reviews and provide feedback
  • Help identify and resolve operational and project challenges

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of overall experience as a Cloud engineer, preferably with 5+ in AWS
  • 5+ years of experience in Docker and Kubernetes
  • 3+ years of experience in Service Mesh (ISTIO or CONSUL)
  • Strong experience in Linux administration and scripting
  • Exposure to Infrastructure tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Strong experience in CI/CD, preferably with Jenkins or Harness
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Groovy
  • Familiar with utilizing Git Hub for the aforementioned management and coding tools
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to assess and implement new technologies and processes
  • An open mindset and proven ability to innovate and influence
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science/Engineering

Work Environment:

Office-based. May require evening or weekend work.
