Senior Clinician

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinician to join our team in a key clinical supervision role. As a member of our clinical leadership team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, professional counselling and therapy services for a diverse range of clients.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager and be responsible for mentoring staff, providing individual and group clinical supervision, overseeing supervisees' caseloads, and providing constructive feedback and support. You will apply your professional judgement to assess clinical effectiveness, monitor client risk, and identify and support new initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Oversee supervisees' caseloads to ensure effective case management
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on clinical performance metrics
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Counselling or Social Work
- Significant experience undertaking clinical supervision in a similar working environment
- Highly developed communication skills, including providing constructive and proactive feedback
- Previous experience working with Family Violence, Mental Health, and Child Protection
