Compliance Specialist - Disability Support">

Job Summary: 
Full-time, permanent opportunity available to support the quality and compliance of our disability support services. As a Compliance Specialist in this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards and comply with relevant legislative requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to problem-solve effectively.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with managers and staff across the business to ensure quality, compliance and implementation of positive behaviour support plans and practices. Key responsibilities include reviewing Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) and working closely with Behavioural Practitioners and clients to ensure best practice is conducted. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in Community Care/NDIS in a similar compliance role and hold a current Working with Children Check, NDIS Screening Check and Police Check.
