High Voltage Specialist Role Overview

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions for the intelligence and national security communities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in medium and high voltage systems to contribute their expertise to designing and optimizing defense systems that shape the future of space defense.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on standard equipment.
  • Construct and install system components, fixtures and equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in installations.
  • Modify devices using standard test equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures when working with electricity.
  • Measure and control electrical parameters.
  • Prepare technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must have a TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working with medium and high voltages.
  • Hold Union/Utility MV and HV certifications, or the Australian equivalent.
  • Be knowledgeable of switch gears, transformers, isolation breakers.
