Embark on a transformative two-year journey with our Ignite Graduate Program, tailored to equip law graduates with the skills and expertise required to excel in a dynamic accounting and advisory environment. This program offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore diverse career pathways, fostering personal and professional growth through a unique blend of work experience, learning, and development.

As an Analyst, you will participate in three 8-month rotations across our Tax Advisory and Business Recovery & Insolvency Practice Groups, gaining exposure to a wide range of work, clients, and industries. Leveraging your law background, you will contribute significantly to our clients' success, while receiving guidance from dedicated buddies, managers, and graduate program managers.

The program is designed to provide ongoing technical, personal, and professional growth opportunities, complementing your experience with a structured learning and development program. Upon completion, you will be offered a permanent role within one of our practice areas that best aligns with your interests, skillset, and business requirements.

Key Qualifications
  • You are a soon-to-be or recent law graduate (graduation date between 2023 and 2025)
  • A completed Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor is mandatory. A double degree including commerce, business, accounting, or finance is advantageous but not essential
  • You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
  • You can commence in a full-time position in March 2026
  • You possess a strong 'can-do' attitude, a willingness to step outside your comfort zone, and a track record of effective team collaboration. With an interest in self-improvement, you are determined to enhance your skills and knowledge.
