Land Management Specialist

About the Role:
">- A key aspect of this position is to oversee the management of land and resources in a collaborative environment.
- The successful candidate will have strong practical experience in land management, preferably with formal qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- This role requires exceptional planning and organizational skills, as well as excellent people management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.
- The Operations Manager will play a crucial part in implementing projects cost-effectively and demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
">- To manage teams in geographically diverse locations and supervise staff in rural or remote areas.
- Regular travel to Ngalurrtju (approximately 250km northwest) will be required.
- Coordinate infrastructure projects and asset maintenance tasks effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
