Policy and Strategy Development Lead

As a Policy and Strategy Development Lead, you will provide strategic advice to senior leaders on policy matters relating to the criminal justice system. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and analyzing complex policy issues, developing evidence-based solutions, and providing high-level advice on relevant policy, legislation, and programs.

You will work closely with government and non-government organizations, building relationships and coordinating inter-departmental and inter-agency meetings. In addition, you will support the development of submissions, memorandums, reports, briefings, and ministerial correspondence.
