We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Good Life Health Clubs. As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base, inspiring others to achieve great things, and making a positive impact on the health and well-being of our members.
Key Responsibilities- Membership Growth: Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and achieve successful customer outcomes on the reception desk.
- Member Retention: Proactively communicate with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.
- Club Operations: Open and close the club as per the club roster.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates: Possess current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Communication Skills: Possess outstanding communication abilities, including the ability to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
- Customer Focus: Possess a customer-focused mindset and a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
