Job Role

  • Ensure child safety by preparing meals that meet special dietary needs and allergies.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety through hygienic storage, handling and preparation of food.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director.
  • Prepare meals to meet the nutritional needs of children.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience in a childcare setting.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
