About the Role

We are seeking experienced Retail Security Officers who demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for security.

This part-time position requires immediate commencement at our shopping centre site, providing security services to tenants, guests and visitors.

You will build relationships, manage access, respond to client requests and ensure site safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service

  • Building strong relationships with tenants, guests and visitors

About You

  • Current WA Full Security Licence
  • CPR Certificate
  • Previous retail security experience (not essential)
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to take ownership of service delivery
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Availability for shifts up to 12 hours and 7 days/nights
