Job Title: Visual Merchandising Area Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a passionate brand ambassador to contribute to our team's success.
The successful candidate will partner with the VM Creative team and Retail Regional Manager to develop and implement successful visual merchandising strategies in NSW and ACT.
- Translate brand and product strategies into tailored store layouts.
- Counsel and empower Store Managers for effective VM execution.
- Drive operational excellence and seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product collections, briefs, and brand strategy.
- Ensure store layouts reflect brand identity while maximising space and enhancing customer experience.
- Work closely with Retail Regional Manager to prioritise store visits based on VM needs.
- Provide coaching and development to store teams for visual merchandising skills.
- Track and monitor VM roll-outs to ensure timely completion.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and optimise the VM process.
