About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the development and implementation of pricing initiatives that drive business objectives. As the Senior Pricing Advisor (Project Lead), you will plan, direct, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered within agreed scope, quality, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management Expertise: Provide project management expertise to satisfy business objectives, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Pricing Systems and Processes: Ensure consistent solutions are provided to customer requirements, supporting pricing systems and processes.
  • Consultancy and Advice: Provide consultancy and advice to key stakeholders through project coordination services.
  • Governance Framework: Develop and maintain a mature governance framework, following governance principles in initiative delivery.
  • Continual Improvement: Ensure continual improvement in systems and processes utilized in the Pricing & Analytics teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ Years Experience: Proven experience in project management using best practice methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince 2, PMBOK).
  • Best Practice Tools and Techniques: Good knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • JIRA and Confluence: Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Insurance Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly regarded.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
