Wood Plc is recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join our expanding team in Darwin, Northern Territory. This is a permanent role that will play a crucial part in our growing Oil and Gas Operations team.
Our company delivers engineering, procurement, construction, optimization, and technical services to the Oil and Gas industry through long-term partnerships with prominent producers in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Southeast Asia.

About the RoleThe successful candidate must hold full work rights in Australia and be willing to relocate to Darwin if needed.
We are seeking an experienced administration professional with a proven track record of supporting multidisciplinary projects and providing efficient administrative support to key managers or similar high-visibility positions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to project teams and senior management
- Managing competing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures
To succeed in this role, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management abilities.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in administration, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
- A Business & Administration Certificate II and relevant industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and other document handling programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results

An estimated salary range of AUD 65,000 - 85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
