About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Officer to join our team at Indue. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Treasury forecast, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of inflows and outflows of funds to Indue's bank accounts.
  • Process daily EFT and RTGS payments for internal and client requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Run daily data processing tasks, including 'start' and 'finish' processes for our core banking software.
  • Manage client deposits in line with regulatory obligations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Officer who possesses the following skills and attributes:

  • 3+ years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a similar Treasury role.
  • Sound knowledge of settlement processes, particularly for transactional products.
  • Intermediate skill with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with internal and external clients.
