About the Role

As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a deli department. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high standards of presentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and maintain excellent department standards.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, rotation routines, waste, and quality control to minimize losses and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify processes, adhere to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards.
  • Embed a culture of excellence, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance, and prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving loyalty through an outstanding shopping experience.
