The Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at our Prospect showroom. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming store environment, providing exceptional product knowledge, and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury furniture products and services.
- Provide personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring our showroom remains competitive.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in high-end or hard-sell retail environments.
- Previous sales experience, ideally selling furniture or high-value items such as jewelry, cars, bedding, luxury goods, or travel.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets.
- Immaculate personal presentation and communication skills in line with the brand's high-end image.
