About the Role
Customer Service Agent (CSA)
This role involves getting behind the wheel of our iconic Coles vans to deliver customer orders safely to their homes during the day or night. You'll also be responsible for picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery. As a CSA, you'll navigate local neighbourhoods, working independently and as part of a team to meet our high standards.
About You and Your Skills
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about providing great customer experiences, working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. Key requirements include:
- An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
- The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas
- Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Physical stamina, as you'll be on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to delivery points
